Luke Theeuwes is one of the three Co-Founders of Focus Distribution, a firm that specializes in the representation of boutique asset managers and ETFs. Luke is also the Co-host of the popular podcast “Convince Me in 15 minutes,” with his business partner, Keith Thompson, where he brings forth insightful discussions on investment strategies, market trends, and topics of social interest.
Prior to starting Focus Distribution in 2021, Luke oversaw Miller/Howard’s external and internal sales departments. He joined Miller/Howard in 2007 as a Division Director, eventually becoming a principal shareholder at the firm where he was a member of both Miller/Howard’s Board of Directors and Executive Committee.
He brings more than 25 years of experience in financial services to the team. Luke began his career with Van Kampen in Chicago, and later moved to Los Angeles to join Trust Company of the West to launch its mutual funds. He worked in client services and marketing for both US Trust and Managers Investment Group/AMG. Luke graduated from the University of Houston with a BS in Economics and a minor in Mathematics.
